Wallboards
Neao wallboard’s allow you to easily see how your contact centre is performing. From inbound and outbound call stats to average wait times numbers of calls in queue the information can be clearly displayed. If you would like to keep a closer eye on individuals then you can monitor per user statistics and if target based, they have the ability to score the call after it has been made to highlight an appointment is booked or a sale has been made.
Wallboards
Being a hosted platform there is a requirement for good internet connectivity. We provide a range of connectivity services from standard ADSL, FTTC broadband to Private Digital Subscriber Line Connectivity (PDSL) and Private Fibre to The Cabinet (PFTTC). Our ADSL broadband service is fully-managed with great speeds and unlimited bandwidth. Where available, FTTC is a perfect solution to provide Voice and Data connectivity using the same equipment.
Private DSL ( Voice Only Services)
In some areas or cases, there may be a requirement to deliver a PDSL and PFTTC service. This is a dedicated voice only broadband service and is the best broadband suited to carrying voice traffic for hosted telecoms solutions.
The circuit will aquire an IP address from our network so there’s no public-facing IP, traffic doesn’t transverse the public internet meaning it’s more secure.
It also has the benefit of being able to provide for more concurrent calls with a higher quality compared to standard internet connections.
